1. Available Payment Method

At this time, Auraapparellab accepts payments through PayPal. Customers can select PayPal during checkout and complete the payment through the PayPal payment process.

2. How PayPal Payments Work

When you choose PayPal at checkout, you will be directed through PayPal's payment process to authorize the transaction. Depending on your PayPal account and the options available through PayPal, you may be able to use an eligible funding source connected to your PayPal account.

Payment authorization is handled through PayPal's payment system. Auraapparellab does not control PayPal's account verification, authorization decisions, security checks, or payment processing procedures.

3. Payment Authorization

An order is considered successfully paid only after the payment has been successfully authorized and accepted through the applicable payment process.

If PayPal is unable to authorize a transaction, the order may not be completed. Customers should verify their PayPal account, selected funding source, and payment information before attempting the transaction again.

4. Order Confirmation

After a successful purchase, Auraapparellab may send an order confirmation to the email address provided during checkout. An order confirmation indicates that the order information has been received; it does not prevent an order from being reviewed or canceled in circumstances described in our Terms of Service.

If you do not receive an expected confirmation, please contact our support team so that we can help verify the status of your order.

5. Payment Security

PayPal is responsible for its own payment processing and security procedures. Customers should complete payment only through the official payment process presented during checkout and should never send payment credentials or sensitive payment information directly to Auraapparellab by email or other informal communication channels.

Auraapparellab will not request your PayPal password, security code, or other confidential PayPal authentication information through customer support communications.

Payment-related information may be processed by PayPal as necessary to authorize and complete your transaction. The information handled by PayPal is subject to PayPal's own policies and terms.

7. Failed or Declined Payments

A payment may fail or be declined for various reasons, including an issue with the selected funding source, account restrictions, verification requirements, insufficient available funds, security checks, or other conditions determined by the payment provider.

Auraapparellab does not determine why PayPal approves or declines a specific transaction. If a payment cannot be completed, customers should review the information displayed by PayPal and follow any instructions provided during the payment process.

8. Duplicate Payments

Customers should avoid repeatedly submitting the same payment if a transaction appears to be processing or pending. Repeated attempts may create additional payment authorizations or transaction records.

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, contact us promptly with your order information so that the transaction can be reviewed.

9. Currency and Order Total

The total amount payable for an order will be displayed during checkout before the payment is submitted. Customers should review the product prices, shipping charges, and final order total carefully before completing the purchase.

Any applicable shipping charge will be shown as part of the order total before payment is completed. Auraapparellab currently applies a standard shipping rate of $6.99 for eligible orders as described in our Shipping Policy.

10. Refunds

When a refund is approved, Auraapparellab will process the eligible refund according to the applicable order policy and return the funds through the original payment method where possible.

Eligible returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Approved returns have no return fee and no restocking fee.

For eligible returns, refunds are processed within 12 days after the returned item has been received and the return has been reviewed and approved.

11. Canceled Orders

If an order is successfully canceled before shipment and a refund is applicable, the eligible amount will be returned through the original payment method.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, eligible products may instead be handled under the Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

12. Payment and Order Processing

After successful payment authorization, Auraapparellab generally processes orders within 1 business day, Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Orders are then prepared for delivery using available shipping services, which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Payment confirmation and order processing are separate steps, and successful payment does not necessarily mean that an order has already shipped.

If you experience difficulty completing a payment, first verify that your PayPal account is active and that the selected funding source is available. If the issue continues, you may also need to contact PayPal for assistance with account-specific payment matters.

PayPal is an independent third-party payment service. Its services are governed by its own terms, policies, security procedures, and applicable requirements.

Auraapparellab is not responsible for interruptions, account restrictions, authorization decisions, or technical issues originating from PayPal's systems. Customers should contact PayPal directly when assistance is required with their PayPal account or payment credentials.
